Furniture Village has a new fully responsive website. Designers looked at how customers used the site as they set about developing the new site for the retailer, a Top 250 company in IRUK Top 500 research.
Georgina Stoaling, director of ecommerce at Furniture Village said: “It was essential that our new site combined our unique brand experience with an intuitive and simple user interface (UI), so it made sense to partner with a customer experience specialist to achieve this.”
